How accurate are the sizing charts?
Variances in sizing are impossible to avoid during production. The measurements provided in our size charts are just an indicator of sizing, so please allow for variations of 1-2 centimetres.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept payments via PayPal and Stripe. Please note that the PayPal option will require you to have a PayPal account.
What about your packaging?
We use fully compostable garment bags (re-usable) and shipping mailers packaging to send all Pauly Designed orders. These usually break down in the compost between 3-6 months. For tips on how to compost the bags please open the next FAQ tab.
TIPS FOR COMPOSTING THE PACKAGING?
- Remove any labels or tape attached to the mailer or garment bag
- Cut the mailer or garment bags into strips to make it easier to break down in your compost bin
- The bags are considered as “brown” materials, so they can be added similar to leaves, sticks, & paper
- For best results, add 1 part of “green” materials such as grass, tea leaves, food scraps to 2 parts of “brown” materials
- Aerate the compost every week, or more frequently, to allow oxygen to flow through.
If you do not have a compost bin then the bags can be disposed of in the GREEN bin (Australia) which is reserved for grass, twigs, weeds etc.
Why is there a difference in colour: monitor v's t-shirt?
Colours may look different on the printed item than they appear on your monitor. This can be due to different reasons. Every monitor displays colours differently. A combination of brightness, contrast and saturation can change colour effects significantly. To achieve the closest match, make sure your monitor/device is colour calibrated.
Customs and Duties Worldwide?
Australian GST of 10% is automatically included in the price. This tax is removed from orders delivered outside of Australia.
Unfortunately, customs and countries outside of Australia sometimes place taxes and/or duties on packages. As we cannot control these additional charges, there is no way to reduce them. If you’re located outside of Australia, be sure to check your local government office for any additional fees that may be chargeable.
