Every item you order from Pauly Designed is printed by hand for you on-demand. That’s what sets us apart from many other e-commerce retailers. Returns aren’t put back on our shelves, as we can’t resell them. We want to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your order, so we only offer exchanges on items that are faulty/damaged or have a faulty print. We exchange items on the condition that the item is unworn and in the original condition as received from us.
To request an exchange simply complete our form below within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. Exchanges exclude postage and processing costs. If you have received an incorrect or defective product contact us immediately and we will assist you.
What can be returned: Only items that are faulty/damaged or have a faulty print may be returned.
Pauly Designed takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
- Errors in user-selected options such as product type, size and/or colour
- Change of mind
- Incorrect Sizes, Style or Colour
- Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer
- Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images
- Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process
- Delayed delivery of your order
What cannot be returned: No exchanges will be accepted after 14 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in original condition to be eligible for return.
Custom Merchandise: Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. Your design may not be proofread or spell checked by us before production.
Returns for exchange or store credit: Must be made within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
Shipping charges for products returned: At this time we only offer return shipping labels if you received a defective product or an incorrect item compared to your packing slip. For all other returns, shipping charges must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
Exchange: Once we have received your items back, you will receive an email confirmation. Exchange processing takes 3-5 working days to be completed.
